Terms of sale and use

## 1. Orders and Acceptance An order is received when checkout succeeds and becomes confirmed only after COD verification or authoritative online-payment confirmation. We may decline orders affected by pricing errors, fraud, restricted delivery, or unavailable inventory, in which case stock is restored safely. ## 2. Prices and Payment The server recalculates NPR prices, delivery, discounts, and approved taxes. Browser totals are informational. Online payment is processed through approved licensed payment gateways in Nepal. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is collected upon handover. ## 3. Electronics Use and Safety Customers must adhere to manufacturer voltage, current, polarity, environment, and safety ratings. Datasheets and pinout documentation are provided for reference. Incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, or overvoltage may void warranty coverage. ## 4. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
