Cancellation policy

This policy is implemented as a transparent launch draft. It must not be marked approved or used for public launch until Nepal legal/accounting review is recorded.

Before shipment

Request cancellation before shipment through support. Approved cancellation restores inventory exactly once and records the reason.

After shipment

A shipped parcel cannot be silently cancelled. Failed delivery and return-to-origin follow tracked operational states and applicable delivery charges.
